We’d had lovely two weeks holiday with nanny Joan and granddaddy Mick and came back home with daddy on Friday night to welcome mummy on Saturday evening.
We all had to be home and ready before Sunday because we were going to “DogFest”.
It was a massive event and there were loooots of stalls, such as a few photo studios,
and yummy food shops, et cetera.
This shop had lots of lovely biscuits and meals. Daddy bought two big biscuits for us and the taste of them was divine.
Tea for doggie.
Oh look! You can test your DNA. I was interested in this very much because I would like to find out if mummy and daddy are really my mummy and daddy.
This was very popular. Do you know what it was? It was weight check and health advice place for doggies. Silky and I are slim girlies so we didn’t have to be in the queue but maybe daddy could have.
We saw many many many doggies there.
Many little doggies marching towards…..somehwere.
They looked happy to see each other.
Some daddies looked lost.
Very serious looking daddies. What is the matter?
Poor little exhausted doggie.
Anyway, everyone was enjoying the event.
Now, our reason to be there was this.
Yes, agility display!!!
Everyone enjoyed running the course.
This boy who was showing beautiful ketchucp turn is only 8 years old.
This young boy is sometimes Silky’s classmate. He is deaf but he has improved a lot and enjoyed running with his daddy.
I was not myself at my first two runs but I was woofly on fire at my last run.
Of course, I didn’t forget to look into the camera. “Never forget you are a model” is my motto.
Silky ran very happily at first but then she became nervous Silky.
However, she was very good at her last run and showed everyone her beautiful weaves.
We all enjoyed the event very much. If only we could have done The Great Dog Walk it would have been perfect.
Thank you, uncle Kevin, for inviting us.
Now, here is a quiz.
There is someone who shouldn’t be at DOG fest in one of the photos (look carefully). Can you find who?
